Refund policy

OVERVIEW

We strive everyday to reach 100% customer satisfaction. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or refund within 3 days. Our objective is to make you happy. Items returned after 3 days but before 30 days will be granted an exchange only. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in sealable condition.

DAMAGED ARRIVALS

We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and only if we are unable to replace that item, we will require a photo of the damaged product. Please note that we will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local customs.

BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY

It is the buyers responsibility to check with their local customs to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to use, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Dreamers Jewels is not responsible for confiscated goods or undeliverable goods.

REACHING US

If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at contact@dreamerjewels.com including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
